Enrolment Policy

( TKC ) is not able to accommodate children with emotional or physical
disabilities

Late Pick-Ups
Late pick – up may occur from
time to time. However, we could appreciate that parents inform the centre
promptly and charges.
TKC
Charges : RM15 (per hour reach 7:30pm will be counted) and will be counted in
next month FEES.
Fees
Please to be ensure
that, the monthly fees need to be paid by
1st or 2nd week of the month ONLY . Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Absenteeism
Should the child be absent from day
care due to a vacation or prolonged illness during school period, the fees will remain as the stipulated
terms.
Parent Observation
Parents are welcome to observe
the centre in “office time” ONLY. Appointment is to be arranged beforehand to
avoid an overwhelming number of adults at one time in the centre environment.
OFFICE
TIME (9:30AM
– 12:00PM / 5:00PM – 6:00PM)
Confidentially
All information pertaining to
the child will remain strictly confidential.
Security
The gate will remain locked from
9:00am
to 6:30pm daily to ensure the safety of the children and staff. Children
will only be released to their parents and to those introduced by parents.
Parent are compulsory to sign the log book pickup children and state time
pickup before we released the child.
Withdrawal & Deposit
Parents wish to withdraw their
child from the centre are required to submit a 1 month written notice indicating the child’s last day of transit
day care for the deposit to be returned in full .

Hafiz ( TKC ) reserves the right to forfeit the deposit when insufficient
notice is given.
